As stated previously, any further request to access your Information that you have a right to access, you may submit a request to cdbaby@cdbaby.com. CD Baby may ask for additional information, as reasonable, to confirm your identity before taking any further actions

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

As stated previously, you can always opt not to disclose Information to us; provided, however, that in order to purchase goods from us as a customer, to make goods available for sale as a client, or provide CD Baby services to you as an artist you will have to provide us with Information.   • to request information as to whether personal data relating to them are processed in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. If personal data is processed, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the following information:
